I found a fun little tutorial the other day for making a shirt card. I had a little trouble trying to figure out the directions though & found it much easier to just stare at the finished "shirt" & try to paper-piece it together. Whatever works, right?! 
PS. I probably wouldn't let my husband get out of the house wearing a shirt & tie like that, but it looks cute on a card! LOL!

I just pleated some black crepe paper to make my ruffled border on the gift bag. Easy & inexpensive!
