October Challenge Time and Challenge Winner

First of all, we need to announce the winner for the September challenge of "Scrap a Size You Normally Do Not Scrap".  And our winner is............

DOROTHY!!!

And here is her entry.....She usually scraps layouts or rectangle cards, so she created a circle card for her challenge entry!

Now on to the October challenge that I gave to the team.  I LOVE black and white photos, so I gave them the following challenge to 

"Scrap Black and White Photos"  

They could use any collection they wanted to, so let's see what they created!!

First up Ms. Nikki Sivils herself played along this time!!  She used the School is Cool collection

Next up is Ria Mojica.  She used the Get Well Soon collection, with the Cute as a Button Burlap Buttons

Next up is Jill Hildebrand with an adorable You're a Hoot layout!

And Julie Tucker Woleck also used the You're a Hoot collection!

Linda Beeson mixed the You're a Hoot collection with the My Lil' Monster collection.  She also used her Cricut to cut that fun swirl.  It is from the Art Philosophy Cartridge and is used to make a rolled flower, but it makes an awesome element for a boys page!

And Mahlin Wiggur used the My Lil' Monster collection for her layout with the Cute as a Button Burlap buttons!

And last but not least is Wendela Lam, who used the My Lil' Monster collection also!  I love how she framed the word "monster"

Sooo, now it's YOUR turn!!!

So, we want YOU to play along!!  Just make a layout following the guidelines above for "Scrap Black and White Pictures" and use at least 75% Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker products.  It does not matter if it is an older or newer collection, we just want to see them!

First we have a BEAUTIFUL card made by Jinny Newlin! I so LOVE this! :) Jinny used Boo-tiful on her card! This SO ROCKS! :)

Next up is Becky Moore and her two beautiful layouts she made using Sugar Cookie! :) LOVE these! :) I love how Becky used this line for her daughter's graduation party pics! :)

Next, we have Rhonda Van Ginkel and she has made the most ADORABLE layout using Boo-tiful! :) So stinkin' cute cute cute! :)

Next, we have a CUTE card from Ellen Jarvis! She used the School is Cool line! Love love love this! :) How adorable is that Pooh Bear with Nikki's papers?!?! LOVE IT! :)

Next, we have two projects (a layout and a card!) from Michelle McClure! She used We Are Family! :) I absolutely am in LOVE with these! :) They are STUNNING! :)

And last, but NEVER least we have a BEAUTIFUL layout from Suzy Hendrayadi! :) Suzy used School is Cool! I love love love this! :)

Monday Creative Break!

Take a break with us today and get some creative ideas for your next layouts and projects!  The Divas always seem to be busy and today is not an exception!

World Series time!!!  Who is watching?!  Since I live in Missouri, I am rooting for the Cards!  (this does not reflect the views of Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker......I am not sure who she is rooting for!)
