Hey there! Laura coming at you again this month.
There is so much excitement and buzz going on around here at Nikki Sivils! Can you feel it? I can! The new design team members are bringing such an excitement and enthusiasm you can't help but feel the creativity coming off them!
Here are a couple of projects I've done this month that I hope you'll be inspired by.
I adore my husband. We've been together for a long time! We're almost to that stage where we've been together more than we've been apart in our lives. I never tire of him!
I used the fun and amazing U R My Favorite collection and threw in a misted doily that I stamped on for fun.
I've been on a bit of a creating journey lately and seeing products in a whole new light. Take for example this chipboard album here. Sometimes you may be thinking, like I have sometimes, that you just don't have time to create a whole mini album. And that's true! Sometimes life gets busy. So instead why not look at a one piece of the chipboard album as a mini canvas on which you can create your own piece of artwork?!
As you can see on this scalloped chipboard square I painted on it making sure not to paint to uniformly. I love the distressed look that you get with some of the chipboard peeking through. I then stamped on top of the paint once it was dried and then used some of the Willow Bee collection to finish it off. Oh....and do you see those Burlap Buttons?!?! Are those not to die for! Seriously You'll be seeing a lot of those buttons on my future projects!
Thanks for stopping by! Now get scrapping!
