EEEEEK! What beautiful Halloween projects! I am sad that the holiday is past now, as I'd love to still be making spooky projects ... maybe in the "dead" of winter, I'll pull out my Boo-tiful papers and make a hat similar to that. I don't think I can ever come close -- It's super!
