Hey there ! It's Michele Beck, from France !
I am here to share with you some pages. One of my fav item from Nikki Sivils, well, in fact, i love them all, but the scalloped papers are just gorgeous, and it offers soooo many ways to use it on our projects!
So, here we go :)
For this first one, i used Henry's Brilliance. I cut the scalloped paper named "Smarty Pants" and reassembled it to make a frame:
For the second one, i wanted something extremely feminine as it was a page about me. It's so rare i make that kind of page as i don't have lots of pictures of myself. It's a mix of Elie's Day Out and Dan the Record Man.
I really love the paper "4 the Record" but i only wanted something blue... So, i cut out the part i wanted, and punched some little circles. Then, i cut in in two parts. Some butterflies and flowers stamps, a little of sewing, and here we have a feminine page :
And the last one, the line "My friend Birdie" was perfect for this picture of my dd Camille and our dog Elysa. I think this photo represents them in the most perfect way, always in movement, one behind the other, the other behind one, playing etc. It's a pic i took with my I Phone so the quality is not perfect, but it's so easy to keep that kind of moments of everyday life...
I love these stickers, it matches with every thing:
Et voila :) that's it for today !
i hope you enjoyed this post !
have a wonderful month every body !
love,
Michele Beck

Let's prepare Halloween !
Hello everybody ! Michele Beck here, from France !
I know in USA, Halloween is something really appreciated :)
Here, in France, since a few years, we can notice a little start, and i am very happy, cause i LOVE Halloween !
I love decorating my home with creepy things, and now that my daughters are taller, it's easier to go outside to collect candy. OK, i think I'll have to buy my own candy to fill my daughter's bag !lol ! as i told you, it's a little start here...
I have lots of fun making some projects with the Boo-tiful line to decorate my home ! You'll see, the last one, you could make it with your children, really easy and fun !
let's see it :

Aren't this ghost too cute ?! i love it !

Aren't this witch's hat tooooo cute too ? and see how it's simple to make it:
First, cut a half-circle, dimension of your choice, it depends of how big you want to make your hat. Cut some little pieces to add your glue after, then glue it to obtain this, a cone:

In another paper, cut a circle, and hollow out a smaller circle like this:

Cut another circle, taller than the hole and cut like this:
Glue it on the last circle with the hole:
and bend the paper like this:
Now, all you have to do is to add the cone you made earlier, add some ink and embellishments, bend a little the hat to give this crazy look, and that's it !

See?! it's simple and fun ! now make yours, and share it here ! I'd love to see it !
Thanks for reading me,
Have a great month !

summer pieces
Hi there ! it's Michele Beck, from France, ready for another awesome year with Nikki Sivils ! yeah !!!
We all have lots of pictures, and if you are as i am, i am sure you have tons of pics that you didn't use. I printed my pics, believing i will use it on my scrapbook page, but finally, i don't.
So, this is a cool way to use this pics:
I gather some photographs of one of my dd, all about the past summer, and make a page about it.
No particular theme, just some photo taken in several places, but all about Melany, during the summer.
Do you know this mini pads, of course you do! i love it because it resume the same design of the paper 12/12 but in 6/6, and i think it's totally perfect for this kind of layout, made with the new collection My friend Birdie :

Draw a big square on your paper, and cut little squares in the mini pads paper. Do the same with your pics, the little square here are approximately 2 , so if your pics can't be cut as this small, you can double the measure and so on... for example, my pics are: 2/2, 2/4 and 4/4
Outline the square, inside or outside, your choice, add your title and some embellishments.

I cannot resist to this banner, thought it was just perfect to this page, as a celebration of last summer...

Thanks so much for looking !
Have a wonderful summer!
xoxo
