Better Late than Never!

Hey Everyone!!  This post should have been up earlier, but I am running a little behind!  So, let's get to it!

First up we have Mette Kallander with the You're a Hoot collection!  I love how she used lace with this!

Next up we have Wendela Lam.  She has a couple of layouts for us and she mixed some of the collections!

She used Get Well Soon and You're A Hoot on this one!

For this one she mixed My Lil Monster and You're a Hoot!

Well, I NEED to go clean up the scrappy mess I made earlier!  So have a GREAT rest of the night and we will see you later in the week!!!

Showtime for Wendela and Jill!!!

Hot, it is just hot here.  The temperatures have been record breaking in our area.  I hope that everyone is staying in a doing some crafting during this heatwave.  I know I am trying.  I personally cannot WAIT until winter!!

Our Divas have been doing some crafting and I get to share it with you today.   I have some fun work from Wendela Lam and Jill Hildebrand today to show off!  

Jill used the School is Cool line to document her son's use of his art project!  And what a great idea, so that later down the road if something happens to the pot, she will have this layout and memory of her son and his art captured in her scrapbooks!

And here she used the School is Cool line to capture the last day of school.  Which by the smiles on ALL the faces in the pictures I am sure that everyone was pretty happy about!  

On both of these layouts, Jill used our Cute as a Button Burlap buttons.  If you haven't grabbed some, you need too!!!

On this next layout Wendela used School is Cool, along with It's Raining, It's Pouring and a little We Are Family mixed in!  I love the color palette on this layout!

And then she turned School is Cool around with this layout!  And I love the colors on this one too!!!

Our newest collections should be hitting the shelves as I type this, so be watching for them to come to your LSS soon.  AND if you LSS does not have them, well tell them to get them in!  We want to see what YOU come up with from these newest collections!!

mixing up!

Hi, I am Wendela from the Netherlands and this is my very first blogpost here at Nikki's blog! How cool! I'm so happy to work with those beautiful papers. I LOVE the colours and the Retro Style of it.

Today I mixed 3 lines.....did you find them??

Here in this layout I used Boo-tiful, a small scalopped piece, My friend Birdie and Tree love...

 Look at my home made flowers! Do you like them? It's really easy to do! Grab some embroidery thread and wind I think 5 times around 3 of your fingers. Use five fingers when you love to make a large flower, and two or maybe one finger when you love a smaller one.Then make a knot in the middle, add a brown corduroy brad in the middle, shape the petals and your flower is ready for use.

And here again the three lines Boo-tiful, My Friend Birdie and Tree Love. I LOVE the small blue burlap buttons, they are so CUTE!
