We Love Helmar's Holiday Blog Hop!

Hi everyone, Nikki here today, welcome to my stop on the Helmar Holiday Hop. If you have been following along, you should have hopped here from Beck Beattie’s blog. If not, you just have to stop at the Helmar Blog and start from the beginning. There are goodies along the way and we don’t want you to miss a thing!
Recently my sweet grandma passed away and I was able to keep her little mini kitchen tree that now is in  my kitchen all decorated with homemade ornaments. This trees is so special because not only is it my grandma's tree but all the paper ornaments are from my Christmas paper line "Gingerbread Land" that I just released this Fall and I used my favorite adhesive, Helmar, to create the ornaments.  







Here are the adhesives I used to make these ornaments:

Liquid Scrap Dots

Quickfix Adhesive Runner

    BEAUTIFUL tree, and what a great use of Nikki's papers combined with Helmar's great glues. I bought a few tubes of Scrap Dots and haven't figured out how I want to use them yet. I think I'll go look for some tutorials/ideas. Thank you for the reminder. And Merry Christmas to all at NSS!!

    Those ornaments are so, so cute! Great use if that collection. My favorite are those Scrap Dots. They are so handy for dimensional things.

    So sorry about your grandmother...I remember you posting updates on fb. {hugs} Lovely that you got to keep the tree to remember her by! I'm sure she'd love that you created handmade ornaments for it using one of your fabulous collections. TFS such a personal post!

    So new to this. Enjoy the blog hop. ENJOY THE IDEAS...NOT SURE IF I AM DOING THIS RIGHT. Love the gingerbread paper. Went to the Papervine Yard in Phoenix to chek it out. So sad....they don't carry your line. Can I order on line?

    I am a gingerbread fanatic and have a hard time finding new gingerbread things to add to my collection! I think your paper line may help me out a bit with that issue! Thanks for sharing and sorry about the loss of your grandmother, I am sure she is looking down and smiling at what you have done with her tree!
