How are you today? Claude here on this Easter Sunday. Since you'll probably have a lot of chocolate today, I thought I'd bring you another type of sweets today. After all, aren't Nikki's papers simply yummy?! :)
Here's a layout I created about my son and my husband flying a kite together for the first time. I love using a background paper that is not too busy as opposed to a sheet of cardstock. This butterfly one called "Forever Butterflies" from the Flaming Butterfly collection was just perfect!
I cut up some butterflies and added them here to add some dimension to the layout.
Here, I used the Willow Bee collection with a stamp from the Flaming Butterfly collection. I love this butterfly! I was greatly inspired by this post by fellow DT member Linda. Her cards are fabulous and I wanted to give it a try!
Here's a fun one that I made with the help of my 3-year-old daughter, Kira. She chose the stamp and she helped me cut the papers. She is such a girlie-girl, she loves this card! She thinks it's hers! I hope you like it too! We used papers and stamps from the Ellie's Day Out collection.
Thank you so much for letting me share my work with you today! Have a great holiday!
Claude
